Residential Pool Decking
Pavers, travertine, and cool-deck finishes — the surface you're actually standing on, done right.
Expert Pool Decking
The deck is the part of the pool you spend the most time touching, and in South Florida it takes the worst of it: sun, salt, storms, settling soil, and roots. A deck that's cracked, faded, uneven, or too hot to stand on barefoot in July drags down an otherwise good pool. Langelier Pools designs, repairs, and resurfaces pool decks — and because we build and renovate the pools too, we look at the deck and the shell as one system. Which matters more than people expect: a settling deck is often the first visible symptom of a leak underneath it, and no new surface fixes that.
What's included:
- Deck design and layout planned with the pool, not bolted on around it
- Pavers, travertine, and cool-deck coatings — surfaces that stay walkable in the South Florida sun
- Repair of cracked, settling, or lifting deck sections, including what's causing it
Deck Surfaces That Work Here
Travertine
Naturally cool underfoot, holds up to sun and salt, and looks better the longer it's down.
Pavers
Individually replaceable, easy to repair, and available in nearly any pattern and color.
Cool-Deck Coatings
A resurfacing option over sound concrete that drops the surface temperature dramatically.
Concrete Repair
Cracks, spalling, and settled sections repaired before any new surface goes over them.
Drainage
Deck drains and slope corrected so water leaves the deck instead of pooling on it.
Coping
The transition between deck and pool, rebuilt properly so it stops separating.
